Health & Wellness Coaching Process

(1) You provide information on the wellbeing questionnaire so that I am well-informed on key issues, including medical considerations.

(Do your best and write what you can.. if some parts are too complex to write out, just write- "prefer to talk")  

* Don't let paperwork discourage your healing journey!*

(2) Typically, during the first 60-90 minute coaching session, we identify your               priorities and develop a personal wellness plan, including vision, three month               goals and the first steps. 

(3) We will follow-up with one-hour sessions weekly to review and celebrate your                progress towards your vision & goals, explore and resolve pressing issues, learn           something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. We will           experience some ah-ha insights along the way.

(4) By the end of three months, you can expect to reach more than your 70% of your         three month goals and feel energized and confident to embark on new areas with or     without your coach.
